Chad specializes in Colonial’s Single Close Program, allowing his clients to finance their new home build smoothly with an emphasis on communication and transparency. In addition to helping his clients with their Construction Loan needs, Chad is also very well-versed in all of Colonial’s Home Loan Programs including, Conventional, FHA, VA, First-Time Homebuyer, Renovation, Jumbo and more.

Chad enjoys navigating his clients through the home loan process and solving problems for his clients, should they arise. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Real Estate and Finance.
